I once thought it would be fun (or funny) to get an internet ordination complete with a Certificate of Ordination, power to marry, etc.

I found just such a place, Universal Life Church

Here's the kicker for me though... The more I look at these folks the more I realize that I actually subscribe to many of the ideals of this organization.

For example: "The Universal Life Church will not stand between you and your God and recognizes that each person must choose his or her own path. Each person in the ULC is free to follow any path as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others."

Downtown Salt Lake City, thanks to X-Mission has expanded free wireless internet access along a large swath of Main Street.

This got me thinking about how secure (or not) users of that access will be. Then it got me thinking that I use my wireless card to access the internet almost exclusively. I realized that I quite often connect to whatever convenient, freely available access point I might be in range of.
